Product concept, design, manufacture, and marketing in collaboration with Fratello Project for Wanderlust Maps
Industry: Travel, Adventure, Social Responsibility

The opportunity
Wanderlust Maps was looking to offer their customers a socially responsible product that empowers a Mexican community and that was useful for their traveler's profile.

The project
Together with Fratello Project, we developed a canvas bag produced by "El Castillo" community. This bag was totally confectioned by Misael and Alicia, two members of El Castillo, and Wanderlust's logo was hand-embroidered with a local technique called "punto de cruz". Each canvas bag, when sold, raised funds that Wanderlust donated to Fratello to implement their Education, Health, and Productive programs in the community.

My role
Creative director, together with a team industrial designers, the community, and the client.

Key contributions
